HALO Medical & Dental – Sacramento, CA
HALO Medical & Dental is a new 14,484 square foot building in North Sacramento. The new facility will be operated by a nonprofit health care provider, and will offer primary care and family medicine.

B St Theatre – Sacramento, CA
With two state-of-the-art stages, this project is a 48,000-square-foot complex at 27th St and Capital Avenue.
Fairway One Pebble Beach – Pebble Beach, CA
The Fairway One at Pebble Beach project was the construction of their new 7,200 sf Lodge, and Five new guestroom buildings for a total of (40) rooms. This project is located on the First Fairway of the World Famous Pebble Beach Golf Course.
Ice Block 1 – Ascent- Sacramento, CA
Ice Block 1 is a 4 story mixed use building totaling approx. 131,000 SF with 1 level of underground parking. With its unique all wood structural design, this project is one of the West Coasts most iconic projects. We performed the Structural Steel and Rough Carpentry scopes of work.
Ice Block 2 – Davis Reed – Sacramento, CA
The project is composed of three structures. The North Building is type V-A construction and consists of 3-levels of apartments (52 units) over a ground level of retail. The southern building is type III-A construction over type I-A podium consisting of 5-levels of apartments (90 units) over at grade parking spaces. At the podium level there is a swimming pool and resident amenities. The West building is type V-B Construction and consists of 2-levels of restaurant shell space. We performed the Rough Carpentry and Structural Steel scopes of work.

Welk Resorts Northstar Building B is a four story wood framed building containing 71 luxury units. We performed the Rough Carpentry and Structural Steel scopes of work.

Welk resorts Northstar Building C is a four story building consisting of 69,000 SF of luxury timeshare units. We performed the Rough Carpentry, Structural Steel, and Metal Stud/Drywall scopes of work.
Zalanta – SMC Contracting – South Lake Tahoe, CA
Zalanta Resort at the Village’ is a whole ownership luxury condominium development situated in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. The 75,000 SF building has below ground parking, Ground floor retail and 2 additional levels containing 30 condo units.
