‘Safety First’
We pride ourselves on our Safety culture at LB Construction. We have a team of dedicated safety professionals who ensure our jobsites and employees are keeping ‘Safety First’ at the forefront of all of their activities.
From daily JHA (Job Hazard Awareness) reporting, site specific safety plans, and weekly Safety tailgate topics emailed to the entire company, we work under the belief that you can never over communicate your safety expectations.
Safety training starts on day one during new hire orientation and doesn’t stop until the day our employee owners retire.
Our safety education is offered in both English and Spanish to ensure all employees are receiving and retaining the pertinent information they need to keep them safe on all of our jobsites (to ensure they go home safe every night)
